General Information on Filling in the Application Form

| (a) |
Please type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your
answers from the pop-up lists as appropriate. All eight sections of
the form must be completed. Some sections contain compulsory fields
that you must enter before you can save the data and proceed to the
next section. |
| (b) |
If any errors or omissions are found, the system will list the errors
or omissions at the top of the page. If you click "OK" when
asked whether you want to discard any changes made, the data you have
inputted in the relevant section would not be saved. |
| (c) |
The successful submission of an application includes (i) submission
of a completed application form and (ii) payment of the application
fee. Please note that application without the fee payment will NOT
be processed. Moreover, if an application is not submitted within
90 days of being created, it will be
deleted from the system and the user account will become invalid. |
| (d) |
An application fee (HK$100) will be charged
for each online application via online credit card payment. If you
prefer to use another payment method, please download the paper version
of the application form
for completion. |
| (e) |
On successful submission of an application via this online system,
applicants should: |

| (i) |
submit copies of supporting documents (e.g. transcript, research
proposal, etc.) to the Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate
Studies (please refer
to Submission of Supporting
Documents ); |
| (ii) |
download the Referee's Report Form
and send it to their referees for completion (please refer to
Section 7 of the application form). |
